Shipping Policy
Our products are fulfilled using Printful’s on-demand production and shipping services. Shipments are processed in accordance with the following policies:
Production Schedule
After you place an order, production begins within 2 to 5 business days and the item is shipped from Printful’s warehouse.
Delivery time varies depending on your region and selected shipping method, but typically arrives within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs, or logistical issues.
Shipping Methods & Tracking
Orders are shipped using Printful’s partnered carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be issued and sent to the purchaser.
Tracking information can be found in your order confirmation email or customer account page.
Shipping Destinations
Printful supports international shipping to most countries. However, some regions may not be eligible for delivery.

Original Print.JP only supports shipping within Japan.
Shipping Fees
Our store offers free shipping on all products by default.
We strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, but additional shipping fees may apply in the following cases:
- Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination country or region
- Customs duties and import taxes may be charged separately (to be borne by the customer)
Shipping Issues
Lost or damaged items during transit will be handled in accordance with the policies of Printful and Original Print.JP.
