Returns Returns Policy

Our products are manufactured and shipped on-demand by Printful, and therefore we follow the following policy:

■ In case of defective products or incorrect delivery

If the product is defective (damaged, misprinted, wrongly delivered, etc.), please contact us within 4 weeks of receiving the product. We will check the situation and either resend the product or refund your money.

■ Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience

Due to the nature of on-demand manufacturing, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences such as incorrect size or product being different from what you expected . Please check the size and design carefully before placing your order.

■ Return address

If you need to return an item, we'll provide you with our warehouse address. Please note that we can't accept returns to our store address .
