Return & Refund Policy
Our products are fulfilled through Printful's on-demand production and shipping services. Accordingly, the following policies apply:
1. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 4 weeks of delivery. Upon confirmation, we will either reship the item or issue a refund.
2. Customer-Initiated Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of on-demand production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons such as incorrect sizing or differences in design expectations. Please review size and design details carefully before placing your order.
3. Return Address
If a return is required, we will provide the relevant Printful warehouse address. Please note that we cannot accept returns sent to our shop address.
